Today you all probably know this we made Eggplant Parmasean. I'm the one that did the breading and the egg part. I had to dip it in egg yolk--which felt wierd. Then you dip in bread--which were crumbly. What are you having for dinner? The timer just went off, I'm about to have it for the first time. Here's to good eats for you too!

I had leftover meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy, the eggplant looks better.

i had pasta with sundried tomatoes and chicken
i had chicken parm., the frozen dinner kind but i did add a bunch of broccoli t it. yum.

Tell Mom to take the apostrophe out of the Big Dog's I Run With. Then explain it's not possessive, and should therefore just be "Big Dogs I Run With."
